MARKED OVCHINNIKOV WITH THE IMPERIAL WARRANT, ST. PETERSBURG, 1908-1917
Arch-shaped, the saint realistically painted in oil on metal with his right hand raised, his left hand holding a scroll, with gold halo and name inscription, the reverse of the silver-gilt frame engraved in Russian 'Save and Protect', with suspension loop, the velvet-lined octagonal case lacking cover, marked on reverse of frame
2¾ in. (7 cm.) high, including suspension loop
