TWO ARCHAISTIC JADE VASES, GU
MING DYNASTY (1368-1644)
The first is of square section and flaring form, the central section is carved with two chilong beside clouds, between incised geometric bands. The second vase is of hexagonal section and flaring form with six rows of pierced flanges. The mottled stones both of greyish green tone with some darker inclusions.
The tallest, 6 ? in. (16.3 cm.) high
