The silvered dial with Roman hours and Arabic five minute marks, strike/no strike above XII, with pierced blued steel hands, signed Webster/LONDON, the twin fusee movement with recoil anchor escapement, rack striking to bell, the back plate profusely engraved and signed Rich. Webster/Exchange Alley/LONDON; with winding key and floral-engraved pendulum; on later bracket
