Oblong with lattice-work and basket-weave engraving, gilt interior with engraved roundel inside cover initialled FH; a large George III silver vinaigrette by Samuel Pemberton, Birmingham, 1808, the unmarked original grille pierced and engraved with a bird amidst leafage; a George III vinaigrette by Joseph Willmore, Birmingham, 1814, curved oblong with floral-pierced grille, cover with prick-dot engraved leafage around a vacant oval reserve encircled by oak leaves; and a Victorian silver vinaigrette by Nathaniel Mills, Birmingham, 1853, shaped oblong and engine-turned with undulating diagonal bands centred by an initialled cartouche
