QIANLONG/ JIAQING PERIOD (1736-1820)
They are modelled standing in mirror image with heads turned to the left and right and beaks open to reveal their tongues. Their wings and long flaring tails are brightly decorated in white, dark blue, green, red and yellow enamels and the body and head in turquoise.
