MARK OF PAUL CRESPIN, LONDON, 1737
Tapering cylindrical with beak from spout, the detachable cover perhaps later and with a baluster finial, with part-tood side handle, engraved on side and cover with the Somerset crest within the motto of the Bath, marked underneath, engraved with scratchweight '13=10'
3½ in. (9 cm.) diameter; 5 in. (13 cm.) high
gross weight 13 oz. 3 dwt. (408 gr.)
The crest is for Lord FitzRoy Somerset K.C.B. (1788-1855), later 1st Baron Raglan.
