Prussia, Prince Friedrich Wilhelm and Victoria, silver medal commemorating the birth of their son, the future Wilhelm II, 27 January 1859, 53 mm. diam., extremely fine; four other medals and medallions, and a pocket grooming set consisting of a pair of scissors and a knife enclosed in a hollowed-out Napoleon III 5-Franc Coin, 1855
Provenance
The silver medal: Deposited with the Royal United Service Institution by Lt. Col. George Somerset, 3rd Baron Raglan, in 1895; removed by Major FitzRoy Somerset, 4th Baron Raglan, in October 1952.
