Provenance
Almost certainly given by William I Frederick of Orange-Nassau, King of the Netherlands, to Robert Stewart, Viscount Castlereagh (1769 –1822), mounted to the cover of a gold snuff box, following the conclusion of the Congress of Vienna in 1815 and by descent.
