TWO ROMAN GLASS JUGS
CIRCA 4TH CENTURY A.D.
Each pale green in color, the elongated piriform body mold blown, then further inflated and twisted, producing thin spiral fluting, with a tapering cylindrical neck and a wide splayed mouth, the rim folded in, on a pinched pad base, the handle pulled up from the shoulder to the rim, the larger with a wide ridged strap handle
