A Roman translucent glass beaker
the flaring body with indented base, on ring foot -- 4 3/8in. (11cm.); a mould-blown flask, with diagonal ribbing to the body, the neck with wide everted rim -- 4½in. (11.4cm.) high; another with squat conical body and wide neck -- 3in. (7.7cm.) high; and a flask with single applied handle, applied thread trail wound round body and neck, damaged -- 4¼in. (10.8cm.) high, all 1st-3rd Century A.D.
