A South Italian gnathia ware 'net' lekythos
with flat everted rim, the body with a white painted tight lattice-work pattern, a band of chevrons below, the shoulder with meander and the neck with vertical stripes, neck repaired; and a flask, similar -- 7¼in. (18.3cm.) and 5¾in. (14.5cm.) high respectively, circa 300 B.C.
