The case with berried finial, the dial on foliate supports, above a seated Kakiemon model of a boy clutching a sphere, flanked by scrolling candle arms with foliate drip pans, the white enamel dial with Roman hours, Arabic five minutes and pierced steel hands, signed Martinot/ AParis, the 19th century twin barrel movement with recoil anchor escapement, silk suspension and count wheel strike to bell
