220 x 160mm. 6 leaves. Written in an elegant notary hand with delicately-rendered capitals and decorative designs in liquid gold (gilt edges slightly worn and darkened). Original limp vellum binding with painted armorial bearings on both covers (soiled and rubbed).

Agreeing the dowry of Proserpina, daughter of Marcus Antonius de Cola of Perugia, on the occasion of her marriage to Ascanio Antonio de Brancutis de Callio, signed by a public notary of Perugia. The armorial bearings on each side of the vellum binding display the quartered arms of the couple.
