FIRST AND ONLY EDITION of this treatise on elementary geometry compiled from Euclid. It is the only known publication of Lens, a physician and mathematician who practised in Hainault. He became physician to Tsar Ivan IV and is thought to have died in the looting of Moscow by the Tartars on 24 May 1571. Voet 1516.
