A LARGE CHARLES II CARVED AND INLAID PRESS CUPBOARD
LATE 17TH CENTURY, YORKSHIRE
Dated 1672 and profusely carved overall with a variety of double-scroll motifs, rosettes, arcading, lattice-work and geometrical patterns and with a central panel set with marquetry below a dentil-moulded overhanging frieze with drop pendants initialled C and M, enclosed by a small pair of upper doors and a large pair of lower doors
