A CHINESE PALE CELADON JADE PLAQUE AND A GREY JADE PENDANT
18TH/19TH CENTURY
The plaque is carved and pierced with a boy seated on the back of a dragon and holding a lingzhi spray and of a pale celadon tone, the pendant is carved and pierced as a group of three fungi interspersed with lingzhi fungi, and is of a grey tone with streaky inclusions
The larger 3½ in. (9 cm.) wide, one wood stand
Provenance
A Private UK Collection assembled during the 1970s and early 1980s and inherited by the vendor in 1993
