A RARE YUEYAO CARVED DISH
10TH CENTURY
The shallow dish is carved on the interior with a large flower head with overlapping petals, and is covered allover with a glaze of olive color that continues over the wedge-shaped foot to cover the base.
7¾ in. (19.7 cm.) diam.
