A GUAN-TYPE FACETED CONG-FORM VASE
GUANGXU SIX-CHARACTER MARK IN UNDERGLAZE BLUE AND OF THE PERIOD (1875-1908)
Of square section, the body is molded on each corner with notches below a short, tapering cylindrical neck. The vase is covered overall with an unctuous blue-green glaze suffused with a network of black and pale golden crackle, and the unglazed foot is covered with a brown dressing.
