Black ink on paper, the Qur’anic inscription written in bold jali thuluth script arranged in a mirrored composition forming a mosque with four minarets, three inscriptions at top in the form of tughras, signed and dated (date now illegible) along the bottom, laid down on card with marbled paper spandrels

The inscription is from Qur’an V (sura al-ma’ida), v.17 (part): ‘Wa ‘ala kull shay’ qadir’ (And Allah is able to do all things).
