H. R. H. Leopold of Saxe-Coburg, fourth son of the Duke of Saxe-Coburg-Saalfeld; entered the Russian army in 1808, distinguished himself in the campaigns against Napoleon before Waterloo; married Princess Charlotte Augusta of Wales in 1816, and was elected King of Belgians in 1831
