THREE JUN VESSELS
NORTHERN SONG DYNASTY (960-1127)
One dish is covered overall with a sky-blue glaze thinning to a mushroom tone at the rim. The other dish is covered overall with a thick opaque glaze of green tone thinning to slightly orange on the raised edge of the inner rim. The small 'bubble' bowl is applied with a thick slightly crackled glaze of pale blue tone, thinning to a mushroom on the rim and falling in an irregular line above the foot.
The first: 6 in. (15.4 cm.) diam.; the second: 5 in. (13 cm.) diam.; the bowl: 3.5 in. (9 cm.) diam. (3)
