probably Samuel Alcock, the serpent entwined around the tiger, stanidng before a tree trunk, above them watches a monkey, on a mound base, painted in colours -- 6 3/8in. (16.2cm.) high, circa 1835-40 (minute chip to branch, slight wear and minor firing faults)
