The rose-cut diamond stylised openwork plaque with pale blue plique-a-jour enamel side panels and pearl and diamond swing centre, suspending a pear-shaped pearl drop with rose-cut diamond single-stone surmount and diamond-set pendant loop, circa 1900, 5.3cm long
Accompanied by report no. 10266, from The Gem & Pearl Laboratory, dated 1st August 2014, stating that the pearl drop is natural, saltwater.
