With a loosely inserted part typed, part hand-written note, dated Arundel Castle, 6 October 1958, from the Duke of Norfolk to Goldman, thanking him for the book. Padwick 7210. Together with a third volume containing Goldman's contributions to the Cricketer, 1936-37, presumably compiled by him, with his bookplate and a loosely inserted Christmas card from Herbert Sutcliffe 'to my great friend Joe'.
