The plaque is carved in high relief with a fruiting peach branch emerging from rocks above waves below two archaistic confronting dragons. The reverse is carved with a four-character inscription reading "shou shan fu hai" which may be translated as "may you live to be as old as the mountains and your happiness be as vast as the sea". The stone is of a pale tone with some mottled russet inclusions to the front side.
