Reference 16568 can be considered a direct descendant of reference 6270, the rarest manually wound Daytona. The defining feature of both models is, in fact, the baguette-cut diamond-set bezel. The main differences, instead, beyond the case modifications, are the twelve gold bars on the bezel - which function as numerals as well as aesthetic details - and the gem-set numerals: while ref. 6270 usually presents rubies the same size of the diamonds used for the pavè, the present watch has bigger gems, emeralds in this case, mounted on a square gold frame. The final result is absolutely stunning.
