The cinquefoil frame on four shell and scroll feet, with a central ring handle, fitted with one large and two smaller casters, and two cut-glass bottles with silver covers, the frame with a rococo cartouche engraved with a coat-of-arms, the handle, casters and stoppers with crest, marked under frame, on handle, each caster marked on base and cover bezel, the bottle covers marked on side
