Rectangular with rounded corners, the cover repoussé with a circular reserve centring the Imperial double-headed eagle, above the Russian inscription ‘War / 1914*1915 / K. Fabergé’, gilt interior, with two thumb-pieces, the reverse inscribed ‘For good remembrance / from Count Zamoyski / February 1916’, marked inside cover and base
