Of traditional form, with raised prow and shaped hook handle, the bowl enamelled overall with scrolling foliage and flower-heads in shades of blue, green, pink and cream on stippled gilt ground, with corded rim, the base with turquoise pellet border, the handle similarly decorated, one side later engraved with laurel, marked under base
11½ in. (29 cm.) long
