On a naturalistic oval base, modelled as a rider holding his sweetheart as their horse descends a rocky slope, signed on the base in Cyrillic 'LEP. GRACHEV', with foundry mark 'FABR. C.F. WOERFFEL. ST. PETERSBURG.' and Finance Ministry stamp dated 1877
