The columnar centre mounted en tremblant and decorated with the American flag in red, white and blue enamel, with a cushion shaped sapphire terminal, to a polished reflective star shaped surround, of concave form with brilliant-cut diamond single-stone accents to each point, circa 1950, 3.7cm long, engraved initials to the reverse C.M.R.
