CHINE, DYNASTIE QING, XVIIIEME SIECLE
The plaque is carved in the form of a recumbent horse with its hind leg stretched to scratch its muzzle. The stone is of a yellowish-celadon tone. The plaque is fitted to the back with a gilt-bronze reticulated mount decorated with scrolling peony blooms.
