Lot Essay

'These five charming and lyrical works by Charles Hossein Zenderoudi were conceived and created independently from one another. Grouping them together in the context of this sale creates the illusion of a 'pocket collection' in which the works interact and respond to one another. Zenderoudi's intention of miniaturizing the scale, further emphasizes the monumental impact of each piece and highlights the diversity and richness of the artist's plastic means. A precious group of exquisite works.'
(Marie ZENDEROUDI).
