Château Ducru-Beaucaillou 1970
Saint-Julien, 2ème cru classé
Not in original wooden cases. Corroded capsules. Badly bin-soiled labels. Levels top-shoulder
Tasting note: On of the best of the '70's. Three recent but variable notes, the best in Feb 2004: deep; harmonious; sweet, rich, perfect balance and condition. Most recently: not very clear cut, but good. Last tasted March 2005. At best ***** M.B.
