A SET OF FOUR HONGMU HEXAGONAL STOOLS
CHINA, QING DYNASTY, 19TH CENTURY
Each with hexagonal top above a narrow waist and shaped, beaded aprons carved at the center with ruyi heads, all raised on legs of grooved section terminating in hoof feet, set into a base stretcher raised on short tabs
13 ½ in. (34.3 cm.) high, 14 in. (35.6 cm.) wide
