Two Meissen (Marcolini) shaped triangular salts
each with a shallow circular bowl painted with scattered sprigs of flowers, the surface with similar decoratrion, the edges moulded with meandering bands reserved with flowerheads, supported on three feet, the lower section gadrooned, blue crossed swords and star marks -- 3 3/8in. (8.5cm.) wide, circa 1800 (some damages and wear)
