With swamped two stage barrels each with silver spider fore-sight and engraved with rococo ornament on the octagonal breech section, tangs and signed flat bevelled locks each engraved with further rococo ornament, the locks each with roller (one cock fractured, the other replaced), figured walnut full stocks each inlaid with silver wire scrollwork and shell behind the barrel tang (one fore-end cracked), paktong mounts including pierced trophy of arms side-plates and engraved trigger-guards each with acorn finial, trophy of arms escutcheons each engraved with a crowned 'A' monogram, and one retaining original horn-tipped ramrod with worm, London proof marks, maker's marks 'TK' for Thomas Ketland
