A WHITE AND RUSSET JADE RECTANGULAR PLAQUE
19TH-20TH CENTURY
The plaque is carved to one side in low relief with a scholar and his attendant beside two ducks, all below a willow tree, with a pavilion in the background. The reverse is carved with a long calligraphic inscription. Both sides are surrounded by an archaistic scroll border with two confronting dragons to the top.
