A SMALL PALE GREEN JADEITE SCREEN
19TH CENTURY
The screen is carved and undercut depicting a figure and three rams beneath a pine tree, with a pavilion to one side. The reverse is carved with a seal script inscription reading san yang kai tai, which may be translated as 'the new year brings prosperity'. The stone is of a pale green tone with some mottled apple green and russet inclusions.
