painted and gilt with a lady walking beneath autumnal trees holding an open umbrella above her head -- 5½in. (14cm.) high, signed Shozan; and a tripod koro and pierced domed cover with flowerhead finial and elephant head handles, painted and gilt with panels of birds and butterflies among flowers, all on a dark blue ground -- 3¾in. (9.5cm.) high, signed Nanjin.
