on three short feet, painted and gilt with shaped panels of an official on horseback flanked by attendants, a lady dancing before musicians and further figures and ladies and children at leisure on a riverbank, all within further bands of a procession of figures in carts and on foot and various flowers including hydrangea, chrysanthemums and daisies -- 6in. (15.2cm.) high, signed Seikozan, (restored.)
