MARKED K. FABERGÉ WITH THE IMPERIAL WARRANT, APPARENTLY OVERSTRIKING THE MARK OF FEODOR RÜCKERT, MOSCOW, 1908-1917, SCRATCHED INVENTORY NUMBER 34763
Of traditional form, on an oval foot, with raised prow, the front centring an en plein and cloisonné enamelled alkonost, cloisonné enamelled overall with stylised foliage and geometric motifs within ropework borders in shades of blue, orange, green, brown, and white on purple and ochre grounds, the upright shaped handle similarly enamelled, marked under base
7¼ in. (18.5 cm.) high
