Oblong, the front chased with the Crucifixion of Christ, the Evangelists at each corner, with six selected feasts, with Greek inscriptions above or beneath, the back chased with a scene of the Transfiguration of Christ, the spine applied with bands each cast with a winged putto, one lacking, and with quatrefoils, marked on spine with later Austro-Hungarian tax mark
