A George III silver combination oval nutmeg grater with detachable threaded corkscrew
grooved wire helix, the plain oval case with four lines of faint bright-cut wriggle-work and engraved with a monogram, with sliding steel rasp, some minor bruises to one end of the case, the corkscrew shank damaged with wrench or plier marks contained in a fitted two-piece red leather case, silversmith's mark Phipps & Robinson, London 1804, possibly adapted
