Of Oriental inspiration, the rectangular silvered dial with engine turned centre, black painted Roman numerals and rose-cut diamond-set hands, to the engraved border and outer black lacquer frame with gold painted floral and foliate spray detailing inlaid with mother-of-pearl, the reverse with silver-gilt case and hinged strutt support, mechanical movement, circa 1925, French marks for silver, 10.5cm wide
