A CARVED LONGQUAN CELADON MEIPING
MING DYNASTY, 14TH-15H CENTURY
The body is of characteristic meiping shape with the rounded shoulder tapering down to the foot, carved with diagonal lines forming a trellis pattern, set between a band of narrow petals below and undulating lines above, all under a glaze of olive-green colour.
