The panel is woven with the young Daoist deity Magu standing beside a deer in mountainous landscape. She carries a vase with peonies over her right shoulder while in her left hand she holds a ruyi sceptre. She is wearing long flowing robes with a double gourd hidden between the folds. A branch with nine peaches stems from the mountain above her, while at her feet lingzhi fungus grows. The panel is mounted on a hanging scroll.
