CHINE, DYNASTIE QING, EPOQUE KANGXI (1662-1722)
Amitayus is seated in vajrasana on a lotus base with both hands resting on his lap in dhyanamudra. He is dressed in a dhoti with its borders finely incised with scrolling tendrils, scarf and jewellery set with semi-precious stones. Formerly in a private Belgian collection.
