DEUX BOUCLES DE CEINTURES EN JADE SCULPTES
CHINE, DYNASTIE QING, XVIIIEME-XIXEME SIECLE
One belt hook is carved in the form of a dragon facing its young, fitted with a later bronze washer decorated with Buddhist emblems. The stone is of a pale celadon tone. The other belt hook is similarly carved with a dragon and its young. The stone is of a creamy white tone with minor darker grey areas.
The larger jade 4 ¾ in. (12 cm.) long
