He is standing in pratyalidhasana on an elephant reclining on the lotus dais. His principle hands are holding the karttrika and kapala while his other hands the damaru, trishula and pasha. Around him is shown a flaming mandorla. The upper register depicts Vajradhara flanked by various lamas and a mahasiddha. The lower section depicts Cintamanimahakala, Beg.tse, two other forms of Mahakala and offerings.
